Riyad brings over a decade of experience in executive search, business development, and venture building across the Middle East. Having partnered with some of the region's fastest-growing organisations, he specialises in helping businesses attract exceptional leadership talent while building long-term strategic partnerships. Alongside Harrington Partners, Riyad is a serial entrepreneur and founder of multiple technology ventures focused on reshaping recruitment, partnerships, and professional communities. Outside of work, he enjoys fitness, travel, and building businesses that create lasting impact.
Nayel AlShareef
Nayel brings a unique combination of public sector leadership and entrepreneurial experience. Following a successful career with Saudi Arabia's Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST), he has founded and partnered in several businesses across contracting and other industries. A strong advocate for the next generation of entrepreneurs, he regularly contributes his time and experience to young founders and believes the future is built by those willing to challenge convention and create meaningful change.
Albert Isaac
Albert is an entrepreneur, technology leader, and founder with extensive experience building digital products, software platforms, and scalable technology businesses across the Middle East and Europe. Alongside leading multiple ventures in Dubai and Germany, he is passionate about using technology to solve real business challenges and drive innovation.
Sarah Daniels
Originally from the UK, Sarah brings over 20 years of international experience in executive search and talent solutions. With an entrepreneurial mindset and a background in building and running her own businesses, she combines commercial insight with a relationship-led approach to recruitment. Sarah has built an extensive network across the UK and the Middle East — and outside of work is a British Masters track athlete competing in the 800m and 400m.
